Due to the extremely cold temperatures we are currently experiencing in Banff, the Banff Gondola has been shut down due to operational safety concerns. This closure affects lift operation, all upper terminal facilities, and most lower terminal facilities. 
We hope to reopen tomorrow (weather dependent).

Be on the lookout for local wildlife, including Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep, ravens and jays such as the Clark’s nutcracker and the Canada (gray). Please do not feed or approach the wildlife.
