If the requested hotel is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute hotel accommodation of a similar grade. All triple & quad rooms are on a bed-share basis. Rooms for twin/double occupancy may be assigned either two twin beds or a double bed. If you have a specific request, we will ensure this is passed on to the hotel property. It is standard policy in Canada that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 4:00 p.m. The terms ‘Value’ ‘Moderate’ and ‘Deluxe refer to the hotel category, and do not necessarily reflect the name of the room type.

Smoking: Many hotels in Canada are completely non-smoking in both the rooms and common areas.

After confirmation of your vacation, we can assist with changes to your reservation for a fee of $75 per booking. Please note: any changes will be limited to the policies and charges set by our service partners and will be applied to your file. Note: name and date changes for Rocky Mountaineer bookings are considered a cancellation. Applicable charges will be applied.
