DAY 1 – Calgary Arrival

Arrive in Calgary and spend the remainder of your day exploring the sights of downtown. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the extensive walking and biking trails along the Bow River. Make a visit to the outdoor gear superstore Mountain Equipment Co-op to browse through an extensive collection of hiking, paddling, camping, biking, climbing, and outdoor clothing. Arts and culture lovers head to the eclectic galleries, boutique shops, and the creative cuisine venues of Kensington and Inglewood.

DAY 2 – Calgary

Board a hop-on/hop-off Energy City Tour to discover the landmarks sights of Calgary. Informative commentary and the freedom of hopping off to explore before boarding the next tour bus makes this a great way to see the city. Travel back in time at Heritage Park and wander through a living outdoor museum complete with historical towns, a working bakery, café, steam train, historic fort, and paddle wheeler. Top off your day with a quick ride to an elevated viewing platform at Calgary Tower. Look down over the entire city and gaze out over the golden prairies and foothills to the far off peaks of the Rocky Mountains.

DAY 3 – Calgary Departure
