You will also field phone calls and emails from travel agents and individuals based in Canada, the USA and around the world. You will handle a broad range of situations including preparation of quotes for existing & customized vacations, confirming bookings, processing credit card payments, general client inquires, customer service situations. We are focused on actively closing sales and provide training on a 10-step program to convert inquiries into bookings. | Location: | Banff, Alberta, Canada |
| Qualifications: | Tour & Travel background and/or education preferred. 1-2 years experience working in a reservation department for a tour operator or travel agency is an asset. Well developed ability to work independently within a team structure. As translation work will be required, a solid understanding of written Spanish and English is necessary. |
| Term: | 40 hours/week through October. Realistic opportunity for permanent employment and/or advancement. |
