Traverse the Capilano Suspension Bridge overlooking the Capilano River and West Coast rainforest far below. At Butchart Gardens, stroll through a series of magnificent themed gardens featuring thousands of plants and fauna varieties. DAY 1 – Arriving in Vancouver

Arrive in the metropolitan city of Vancouver situated on the spectacular Pacific Coast, and backed by the beautiful Coast Mountain Range. Spend the remainder of your day exploring this multicultural mecca of art, music, and cuisine. Don't miss the artisan Granville Island Market, and the urban rain forest and ocean-side trails of Stanley Park.

DAY 2 – Vancouver

Discover the sights of the Pacific Coast with a trip to the Capilano Supension Bridge Park. Walk high above the Capilano River Valley on a suspended foot bridge, crossing into the beautiful West Coast Rainforest. Enjoy the Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk attractions, and stroll the network of forest trails through towering evergreens and cedars. Continue your adventure with a ride up the Grouse Mountain Skyride where an alpine world of spectacular views extends in every direction. End your day with the peaceful beauty of Dr. Sun-Yet-Sen Classical Chinese Gardens.

DAY 3 – Vancouver to Victoria

Begin your day with a visit to the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site. Built in 1894 in the historic village of Steveston, the cannery was once the largest building of its kind and the leading producer of canned salmon in British Columbia. Experience the stories of this place and its people through interactive exhibits, films, and guided tours. Next, board a ferry bound for Vancouver Island and the beautiful city of Victoria. Travel through the scenic Gulf Islands and watch for whales as the ferry winds through the protected waters of the Strait of Georgia. Conclude your adventurous day at the 50-acre Butchart Gardens, an immaculate botanical showcase featuring a series of themed gardens.

DAY 4 - Victoria

Gain a new perspective of the Pacific Coast with a flightseeing tour above Victoria and the Juan de Fuca Strait. View rugged coastline, rocky islands, and the Olympic Mountains from the picture windows of your own private seaplane flight. The remainder of your day is free to explore the sights of downtown Victoria. Watch the sun set over the Inner Harbour, photograph the architectural beauty of the Parliament Buildings, and wander through Beacon Hill Park.

DAY 5 – Victoria to Tofino

Depart Victoria and travel north along the scenic Island Highway. Pass through Chemainus, the City of Murals, with prominent public art displayed throughout the town. Murals painted by artists from around the world illustrate local wildlife, First Nations culture, and the logging and historical events that shaped the town. Continue past the enchanting Cathedral Grove rainforest and look way up at the enormous cedar, hemlock and douglas fir trees. Arrive in the eclectic town of Tofino, situated on the edge of Pacific Rim National Park.

DAY 6 – Tofino

Board the Stellar Sea panoramic cruiser for a memorable wildlife experience through the protected inlet waters of Clayoquot or Barkley Sound. View black bears as they roam beaches and turn over boulders in search of their favourite delicacy, rock crab. Return to Tofino, and enjoy the remainder of your day exploring rainforest walking trails, bird watching, or strolling along scenic windswept beaches.

DAY 7 - Tofino to Campbell River

Depart Tofino and travel through Pacific Rim National Park inland to Sproat Lake. A trail leads to the eastern end of the lake where visitors will find an ancient rock panel of prehistoric petroglyphs. Little is known about these petroglyphs, named K’ak’awin, but it isn’t hard to imagine this rock carving as depicting some mystical ancient monsters of the lake. Continue north to the small seaside city of Campbell River for an evening at leisure.

DAY 8 - Campbell River

Board a Zodiac vessel and head out onto the waters of Johnstone Strait in search of Pacific Ocean wildlife. Gain insight into the ecology and wildlife species native to the Campbell River area, and spot Killer Whales in their natural habitat. The remainder of the day is free is explore the sights of Campbell River. Don't miss the historic Discovery Fishing Pier, and Elk Falls Provincial Park. 

DAY 9 - Campbell River to Vancouver

Depart Campbell River for a scenic drive south to the city of Nanaimo. Board a BC Ferry ship for a scenic cruise to the mainland. Arrive in Vancouver and enjoy an evening at leisure. Check Vancouver's hidden gem, The Sanctuary at Hastings Park. This beautiful lake and marsh area attracts more than 100 bird species. Explore the nearby Momiji Japanese Gardens and the Italian Gardens, featuring fountains, gargoyles, and the Opera Walk, a collection of dramatic faces of opera characters carved into stone walls and fountains.

DAY 10 - Vancouver Departure

A morning check-out from your hotel concludes this spectacular Pacific Coast holiday.
